Solar

Solar installations are systems where in summer temperatures can get very high, but in winter temperature of the installation will be actually very low. To the water various additives can be added so that for high and low temperatures, both frost prevention and efficient transport of heat for heating is provided. These conditions make solar installations one of the types of piping systems with the highest demands.

SudoPress Carbon, Stainless and Copper can be used for most common solar installations. Because the temperature range of the EPDM O-ring for SudoPress Carbon and Stainless, in most cases the standard EPDM O-ring is suitable for solar installations.

However, if additional safety is needed, the special FPM O-rings are available. In SudoPress Copper is a range of fittings with preassembled FPM O-rings available. This can be a huge time saving for the installer, because O-rings need not be replaced.
